We use PipeDrive CRM (aff link) as our customer relationship management tool (CRM). Within it we’re able to keep track of our members, what member benefits we’ve provided to them and when, any ongoing help we’re providing with their business objectives or in connecting them with other entrepreneurs, etc. We use other tools to synchronize information into, or out of PipeDrive.
